How it works
Step 1 |
Click the 'Let's get started' button at the bottom of the page. You will be directed to a secured online logo design order form. The first part is a personal information questionnaire. Please fill in your name, the company or event's name, as well as your email address. The second part is very important to the logo design process and will help us create the right image for your company or event. We need to know details about the nature of your project and any ideas you may have for the logo design.

Step 2 |
After we receive your order info, we will contact via phone or email to confirm your order. Then we'll send you a invoice via email which will allow you to process your payment for free and safely using a credit card, bank account or checking account online in real time through the Intuit PaymentNetwork. We guarantee that the transaction is carried out with the highest security possible.

Step 3 |
After your payment has been received, we will begin working on your logo design project. In 2 - 3 business days we will present 3 or 4 initial logo design variations. You will have an option to choose a final logo design or request changes on the initial concepts.

Step 4 |
Your input will be processed accordingly. We will begin working on your revisions immediately. Simple changes will be completed in one business day. If you are not happy with any of the presented variations, we will provide you with one redraw session with a new concept with variations free of charge.

Step 5 |
When all the changes have been completed to your satisfaction and you finalized your logo design, we will create your matching business card and flyer design. When you feel completely satisfied with the final work, we will ask for your approval and send you a Logo Kit with the included files: Logo: AI, EPS, JPG, PNG; Business Card: PDF; Flyer: PDF
Your final logo kit will be sent in an attachment via email. |
